Henry Crisler is the Executive Director of 3MA. He previously served as Assistant Director of the Association under Ken Newburger. Henry has been involved in the medical marijuana industry in Mississippi since 2020 when he served as the Field Coordinator for the Medical Marijuana 2020 Campaign. Henry holds a BS of Political Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. Henry’s passion for medical cannabis stems from his commitment to improving his home-state and bringing new opportunities to Mississippians.

Harold Shaw, a native of Magee, MS, was born on September 3, 1974, with dreams as big as his heart. Growing up in a small town, he quickly realized that football could be his ticket out, and he was right. Shaw made a name for himself as a running back at Magee High School, leading to the retirement of his jersey in 2018. Continuing his football career at the University of Southern Mississippi, he earned the nickname “The Big Train” for his productive and punishing playing style.
